We take pride in providing high quality properties in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Founded in 2003, we have been serving the area for over fifteen years. Our properties are in great neighborhoods and are maintained to high quality standards. They are professionally maintained and managed. We have a simple philosophy that your home should be to the same standard we would expect our own home.
We have been involved in acquiring, rehabbing, leasing and managing properties all through the greater Sioux Falls area. We specialize in single family homes with most of our properties are on the west side of Sioux Falls.
